Sales Support / Pre-Sales Engineer ( IT Software, SCADA, RTU's ) needed. We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to assist with our continued growth.
The role of Sales Support / Pre Sales Engineer will involve assisting the sales team in developing and administering client proposals.
Being part of the Customer Services Department, You will have heavy involvement in the entire marketing and sales process.
Key responsibilities for this role are; proposal writing, quotation generation, and Marketing material creation.
It is important that all candidates have experience of working in a similar technical sales support environment and have excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Any exposure to SCADA, Telemetry infrastructures and RTU's will be beneficial.
To conclude, this role encompasses sales, Marketing, and client proposal implementation for a key international organisation.
