If you have experience supporting Property and GIS Applications, you can join one of the most complex and diverse Projects in the UK, working for a renown FTSE100 IT Organisation. You will assist in the implementation, and management of applications, provide technical support and organise and act as a support officer for the application. Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to application customers.. Have specialist technical knowledge of and give support for the diverse range of features of the Property & GIS application support area, including GIS or Asset management applications Provide support on applications and integrated systems within the application team. Provide leadership, specialist techniques, training and support to specific services to agreed standards, objectives and performance measures. Document processes, standards and procedures in line with ISO20000 requirements including the identification of any service improvements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of GIS and database software, operating systems/applications, technical issues and standards/procedures. Essential Experience/Skills Experience of supporting diverse Applications. Experience of Oracle / SQL support. Understanding of GIS, (ESRI products preferred) Ability to organise own workload and prioritise support requests. Apply logical thinking to resolving complex support requests. Ability to demonstrate / train and disseminate processes and use of IT systems to non technical staff. Ability to proactively identify support service improvements. To have a high level of technical knowledge base. Experience of using Microsoft Office Products, including Sharepoint Services Good Communication skills both verbally and written at all levels.
