A leading client in the health care sector, are looking for a 'Reporting Analyst' to come on-board.
The main responsibilities of this role would be -
• To implement quality measures and the reporting mechanisms needed to drive a quality customer experience whilst adhering to the ITIL based processes.
• To monitor, review and demonstrate the benefit of how MI is used and present results to senior managers
• Prepare and facilitate weekly reviews of major IT incidents and help define, prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including the following: incident trend analysis, problem trend analysis and service level analysis.
The ideal candidate will also have a very high level of experience with Crystal reports and Excel, an understanding of the principles of IS service management e.g. ITIL and a capability of interpreting requests and delivering against them.
They will also be a strong team player, be able to demonstrate analytical skills, have a good eye for detail, good mathematical skills and experience with Avaya CMS is also an advantage. If this sounds like your next role please apply now.
