Expanding constantly and with the most complex and largest IT Projects in the UK, this FTSE100 have a role for an experienced DELPHI Application support Professional to work on as part of a large and dynamic team! This is a high profile, major systems application support team and you will play a vital part in helping to ensure that the corporate Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) meets the demanding needs of our customers. Duties will be varied and challenging and you will be actively involved in all aspects of the role. Experience of SUPPORTING an INTEGRATED HR and PAYROLL system is essential along with a good understanding of its deployment within the Organisation. You will provide second level support for HRIS (Delphi Millennium) Provide a 2nd line support function to the HRIS customer base. To have knowledge of and give support for the diverse range of features of an integrated HR and Payroll System – Delphi Millennium (HRIS). Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the HRIS software, operating systems/applications, technical issues and standards/procedures. Essential Experience/Skills DELPHI Exp Understand the service delivery area Understand the benefits of deploying an integrated HR and Payroll system within the organisation An understanding of Service Level agreements and their components An understanding of KPI's and their components Experience of providing IT support in a busy environment. Experience of problem solving / investigating detailed support requests An understanding of data protection and its implications for email and database access An understanding of the ITIL Service Management Process Experience of supporting and developing a major client/server based Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS)
