System developer required to work in Bolton on a 5 month contract initially.

The system developer will analyse, advise, specify, design, develop, implement and maintain the authorities' systems requirements.

The skills and experience required for this role are:
• Experience of system design/development/implementation,
• thorough understanding of the development life cycle, including the methodologies and modelling techniques used,
• Practical experience of one of the following Microsoft .Net specifically Moss 2007 Development, Oracle, Java
