Fluent French & Italian. Knowledge of Win 95/98/NT/2000/03 and XP, ideally with experience of UNIX operating systems. Good knowledge of RDBMS and any experience with business intelligence is useful. The role is working for a world leader in business intelligence solutions, offering extensive training and career progression. Must be a good team player with exceptional communication and client support skills. Previous experience in technical support is essential.
