Global Brand Manager - Pharmaceutical -Switzerland - Perm

JOB PURPOSE

Support the Global Brand Director with high quality and timely marketing input for the development and implementation of global brand strategies which maximize the value of the brand. Drive execution of marketing strategies through global operational product plan, and prepare the client and the market for launch


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

„ÏSupport marketing input into the development and launch of Exelon Patch to ensure competitiveness; provide marketing contributions to ensure effective and fast launch process for Exelon Patch
„ÏLead the marketing team for customer initiatives (e.g., promotional tools, International meetings, public relations, internal communications, etc.).
„ÏContribute to the writing /input of global launch plan, product positioning, pricing strategy and marketing plans in collaboration with Exelon Patch
„ÏSupport worldwide market penetration efforts: key success factors assimilation & dissemination, proactively address key customer (CPO Product Manager) needs, gather data and providing input into global marketing plans as well as other key documents.
„ÏCoordinate market research requests together with Market research team for small to midsize MR projects.
„ÏPrepare and manage meetings with brand and medical members of the country organisations
„ÏImplement key marketing activities e.g. brand tracking and forecasting programs
„ÏMonitor and control budgets, forecasts, expenses, and assess the marketing mix to ensure cost effectiveness and results
„ÏIdentify trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets), and propose corresponding measures
„ÏCoordinate the communication of product related information across the organization


Minimum requirements

Minimum education: University degree in Science and/or degree in Business, (Pharma marketing work desirable)
Desirable education: Marketing (MBA) or a medical degree
Languages: English: fluent spoken & written essential, additional language a plus
Ideal experience: Sales representative/Sales Manager with 1-2 years experience
Product Manager for 2-3 years in a major market
