My client is a Global Solutions provider looking to recruit a IT Solutions Designer. The role holder will be a competent and adept design authority specializing on large and more complex solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the customers business and commercial needs. Solutions Designers will identify, design and deliver large and more complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions to meet the customers requirements and this may involve supervising a small to medium sized design team.

Responsible for complex projects which involve solutions which require elements of integration migration, creation of innovative solutions and management of risk through appropriate re-use.
Can deal with key customer decisions makers such as IT Directors, programme managers and partners.
The role holder exhibits visionary leadership skills and is able to co-ordinate and manages teams.
Is adept at working on large and complex solutions.
Technology
MCSE Certified (or similar), Strong Windows Infrastructure experience, Active Directory group policies, Ideally Exchange. SMS, MOM, SQL, Citrix, VMWare, CISCO, ISS, Sharepoint, WSS
